HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Exchanges:
Unfortunately that our system is not set up to process exchanges, so you will need to return the item for a refund and re-order the other size.
Returns:
You will need to pay postage to return any of your unwanted items. You have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your order is delivered. Also, please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?
If you select the notify option on the website, this will let you know when we do restock this product in your size.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
USA:
The shipping service is $10 or free if your order is over $100.
Delivery takes 6/13 postal days, after the day of dispatch. Please be aware this excludes weekends and bank holidays and may require a signature on delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will be able to track your order via your shipping confirmation email, by clicking the “view my order” option. Alternatively, you can track your order on the following link: https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home.html
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
We can attempt to cancel or amend your order – but this is not guaranteed. Please email the customer service team ASAP and title your email with “cancel” or “amend”. If your order has already been dispatched we are not able to cancel or make any changes.
We do ask customers to double check all information is correct before completing the order!
